Spotlight on a Yarrawarrah Physi Girl

Picture
Name:  Shae
Age Group: 12 Years
How long have you been doing Physi: I was awarded my 10 year award in 2014, I started when I was 2 years old.
How did you get involved in Physi: My mother has been doing Physi since she was 5 so when I was old enough she enrolled me.
Favourite Physi routine: Step, bend and lunge.
Physi highlight:  When I was awarded the Junior Club Award at club comp last year. Mrs Keene gave a beautiful speech about me which made me cry. I was surprised and honoured to have been awarded this special award.
Favourite Physi quote: Fun, friends and fitness because that's what Physi means to me.
Funniest Physi moment: Whenever I am around my Physi friends, especially Kristina, Natalie and Karen. We always have lots of laughs!
Biggest Physi influence: My biggest role model would be my fantastic teacher Mrs Keene. Also Ella who has helped me a lot.
Future Physi goals: To work really hard at my Physi and improve so that come competition time I might advance further and do better than in previous years
What you love about Physi:  I love being able to show up to Physi with a smile and know that my friends and teachers will be there to help me work hard. I also love all the parents who help out to make Physi as perfect as it is. The friendships I have made is another reason why I love Physi. My Physi friends are the kindest and most loyal friends ever!
