Our History
Yarrawarrah Physical Culture Club was founded in 1986 by Karen Keene along with the love and support of her best friend and first Open Senior Diane White and several loyal mothers.

It was their dream to run a happy and united club where lessons where conducted in a loving and nurturing environment. An environment where girls and ladies where encouraged to develop self confidence and a positive competitive spirit.

As the club continued to grow in numbers and spirit, it wasn't long before the talent of Karen's teaching and her girl's dedication to their physi brought outstanding results. With 59 Champion Girls, 4 Grand Champion Girls and over 90 Team Championships, including a record 13 Open Senior Team Championships, Yarrawarrah is the number one club in the Edith Parsons School of Physical Culture.

However the true success of Yarrawarrah can be seen in the motto held dear to the club's heart since its establishment, fun, friends and fitness.

2010 marked the 25th year of fun, friends and fitness for the Yarrawarrah Physical Culture Club and a Gala Cocktail Party was held at Hazelhurst Gallery in Gymea to celebrate. It was a fabulous night of Physi memories and friendships.
